Launch website privacy

This notice explains the information used by the Authos launch website, operated by Authority Figures LLC. Contact info@authority-figures.com with privacy questions or requests.

Email updates

If you subscribe, your email address and signup context are sent to Beehiiv for the “Jessie from Authority Figures” publication. The form may also collect technical information needed to operate the signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. See Beehiiv’s privacy policy.

Payments and access

Stripe processes payment details in its secure checkout. This website does not store your full card number or security code. Order records include your checkout email, selected tier, amount, payment reference, payment status and access dates. These records support payment confirmation, access and customer support. Website operation

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests needed to deliver and protect it. Your browser stores a checkout reference for the current session so the page can resume checkout and confirm payment. The checkout service uses a temporary hash of an IP address and time period to limit abusive requests.

Product demonstrations

The walkthrough uses actual Authos screenshots and illustrative workflow previews. Inbox and outreach examples contain fictional sample people and conversations. Viewing the walkthrough does not connect to your LinkedIn account, read your messages or send anything on your behalf.

Your Authos workspace

This launch-page notice is separate from how the Authos application operates. LinkedIn conversation data is stored locally in your browser by the extension. Account, workspace and AI features can also use online services. The application does not run entirely offline.

Questions and requests

Contact us to ask about information associated with your email address, request correction or deletion, or get help with a subscription. Order records may need to be retained for payment support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
